Innovative environmentally friendly filter technology

Ever new topics in the context of climate change, lack of resources, environmental protection and statutory regulations are a challenge to us. In our own research and development laboratories we create trend-setting innovations for current and future market demands. New experiences and the knowledge originating from our continual developments and the technological-scientific challenges in the discipline of filtering installation engineering flow into our products for the benefit of our customers.

Intensiv-Filter participates in many research projects.

We are united with the Bergische Universität Wuppertal due to a long time of cooperation on a whole variety of research topics.

We support the Universität Essen-Duisburg and their research project "MARS" (modular plant for residue-optimised material handling) with a sorption facility. Our filters ensure environmentally friendly and residue-optimised gas purification in this new concept for thermal waste recycling.

We supported the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in Dresden by accompanying a project on hot gas dust removal.

Since the 1990s Intensiv-Filter has been significantly involved in the field of explosion protection in suction, dust removal and waste gas treatment plants. In cooperation with employers' liability insurance associations - especially in the food industry, but also in other sectors - trend-setting, explosion protected plants and plant components have been and will be developed. The results of the developments are verified and validated by certified associations such as the Dekra or the TÜV. Apart from that, Intensiv-Filter is involved in various research groups of the VDI and the Forschungs-Gesellschaft Verfahrenstechnik e.V.. We actively contribute to the preparation of new standards and guidelines and facilitate their implementation based on our support.
