With regard to environmental impact, by the demand for high availability of drying processes and optimized product recovery, CIP bag filters have in recent years become more and more important and cyclones largely replaced. The filter systems have compared to centrifugal separators (cyclones) a much lower pressure drop and clean exhaust gas flow rates from a few thousand to over 150,000 m³/h (per filter).
The structural, technical control and filtration technology innovation further contribute to reduce the specific energy consumption in the Dedusting and product recovery using CIP filter. The result of the recent process optimization is the new round filter generation ProJet CIP.
